Product Safety

1. storage

The storage environment should not contain H2S, SO2, NO2, CL2 and other corrosive gases, especially organic silicon, formalin, phenolic substances. The presence of these corrosive toxic gases may cause the motor to stop running. Especially when the product need belong period storage, please be more carefully, and storage period should be within 6 months under ordinary temperature and humidity.

2. Overload

Excessive load should not be added on the motor, otherwise the motor may be damaged. Don’t use the motor under overloaded and locked condition more than 10seconds.

3. ESD

Antistatic measures should be taken during contact inspection and use of the motor.

4. Operating Conditions

Mark sure the environment temperature and humidity are within the product specification. The blower and/or motor shall not be exposed to humidity or liquid, or used in outdoor environment unless it’s designed for outdoor application and meets the requirements of outdoor use regulatory authorities. Humidity or liquid environmental environment will damage the blower and motor driver and cause electric shock injury to the operator.

5. Cannot be Reversed

The positive and negative poles of the power supply should NOT be connected reversely, otherwise the motor driver or the blower will be damaged.

6. Specified Voltage Range

The output voltage of the power supply should be NOT exceeding our specification, otherwise the blower and motor driver will be damaged or cannot working properly.

7. Proper Wiring Harness and Wiring

Please follow our specification to select the wire and connect the wire harness properly, otherwise the blower may not work properly, and its life will be also affected.

8. No Loops

The inlet and outlet of the blower shall NOT be connected to form a loop.

9. Greater Than 5mm in Diameter

During the use of the blower, the inlet and outlet should have cross-sectional area channels with diameters of ø 5mm holes to ensure the lowest flow rate of the blower and avoid overheating damage of the blower.
